Ingredients

  • 10.8 ounce condensed cream of cheddar cheese soup canned
  • 10.8 ounce cream of chicken soup fat free 98% canned (Regular or )
  • 6-inch flour tortilla 
  • cup salsa thick pace®
  • pound chicken breast boneless skinless cubed

Equipment

  • frying pan
  • baking pan
  • microwave

Directions

  1. Cook chicken in nonstick skillet until browned and done, stirring often.
  2. Add chicken soup and 1/2 cup salsa.
  3. Heat through.
  4. Spoon about 1/3 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla.
  5. Roll up tortilla around filling and place seam-side down in 2-quart microwave-safe baking dish.
  6. Mix cheese soup and remaining salsa and pour over enchiladas. Cover.
  7. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until hot.
