- 1.5 cups cheese dressing blue reduced-fat
- 3 pounds chicken wings
- 1 ounce onion soup mix dry
- 1 teaspoons ground pepper red
- 0.5 cup hot sauce
- 0.3 cup water

- Preheat oven to 37
- Cut off and discard wing tips; cut wings in half at joint.
- Place chicken on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
- Combine hot sauce, water, soup mix, and red pepper.
- Brush chicken with half of hot sauce mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven; turn chicken, and brush with remaining hot sauce mixture.
- Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.
- Serve warm with dressing.
