  • 1.5 cups cheese dressing blue reduced-fat
  • pounds chicken wings 
  • ounce onion soup mix dry
  • teaspoons ground pepper red
  • 0.5 cup hot sauce 
  • 0.3 cup water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 37
  2. Cut off and discard wing tips; cut wings in half at joint.
  3. Place chicken on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. Combine hot sauce, water, soup mix, and red pepper.
  5. Brush chicken with half of hot sauce mixture.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven; turn chicken, and brush with remaining hot sauce mixture.
  8. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.
  9. Serve warm with dressing.
