  • 14 oz beef broth fat-free reduced-sodium canned
  • lb beef stew meat 
  • cups pasta like spaghetti hot cooked
  • Tbsp cornstarch 
  • Tbsp 2 tbsp. kraft zesty italian dressing italian kraft
  • cups bite-size pineapple chunks fresh
  • 0.3 cup pasilla peppers red chopped
  • 0.5 cup planters roasted peanuts dry chopped
  •  serrano chiles stemmed seeded finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup lite soy sauce 
  • Tbsp water

Directions

  1. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add pineapple and chiles; cook 3 to 5 min. or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add meat; cook and stir 5 min. or until browned.
  4. Stir in broth and soy sauce. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 1 hour or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Mix cornstarch and water.
  6. Add to meat mixture along with nuts and peppers; mix well. Bring to boil; simmer 1 to 2 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly.
  7. Serve over spaghetti.
