Ingredients

  •  asparagus cut into 1/2-inch pieces, blanched
  • slices oscar mayer bacon chopped
  • 0.3 tsp pepper red crushed
  • cups farfalle pasta uncooked (bow-tie pasta)
  • 0.3 cup 1/4 cup kraft zesty italian dressing italian kraft
  • cup onions chopped
  • Tbsp parmesan cheese grated kraft
  •  plum tomatoes chopped
  • cup mozzarella cheese shredded kraft

Equipment

  • frying pan

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt; keep warm.
  2. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add bacon and onions; cook 8 to 10 min. or until bacon is crisp and onions are tender.
  4. Add asparagus, tomatoes and red pepper; cook 5 min. or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
  5. Drain pasta. Immediately toss with vegetable mixture and mozzarella.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
