  • slices bacon crumbled cooked
  • 0.5 teaspoon parsley dried
  • cup egg substitute 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • cups milk 
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • cup swiss cheese shredded
