Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup butter melted
  • 0.3 cup carrots shredded
  • 10.8 ounce cream of chicken soup fat free 98% canned (Regular or )
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cream sour
  • cups pepperidge farm sage and onion stuffing stuffing pepperidge farm®
  • small to 3 sized squashes shredded yellow
  • small zucchini shredded

Directions

  1. Mix stuffing and butter. Reserve 1/2 cup stuffing mixture and spoon remaining into a 2 quart shallow baking dish.
  2. Mix soup, sour cream, yellow squash, zucchini, carrot and cheese.
  3. Spread over stuffing mixture and sprinkle with reserved stuffing mixture.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until hot.
