Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb beef sirloin steak boneless halved lengthwise cut into 1/4-inch-wide strips
  • cups carrots shredded
  • 0.3 cup olive oil divided
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated kraft
  • lb penne pasta uncooked
  •  env. seasons dressing mix italian good
  • cup onions red thinly sliced
  • medium zucchini halved lengthwise cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, sprinkle steak with dressing mix; toss to coat.
  3. Heat 1 Tbsp. of the oil in large nonstick skillet.
  4. Add steak; cook and stir 3 min. or until cooked through.
  5. Remove from heat. Set aside until ready to use.
  6. Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
  7. Add steak and all remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
