  • cups broccoli florets 
  • cups carrots julienned
  • cups cauliflower florets 
  • cloves garlic crushed
  • servings pepper black to taste
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  •  onion sliced into thin rings
  • servings salt to taste
  •  chicken breast halves boneless skinless cut into bite-size pieces
  • tablespoons soya sauce 
  • ounces pasta like spaghetti

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook spaghetti pasta in boiling water until al dente.
  2. Drain.
  3. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Cook garlic in oil for 1 minute. Stir in onion, and cook until soft. Stir in chicken, and cook until juices run clear.
  4. Mix in the broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, and cook for 2 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Toss pasta with vegetables, and serve warm.
