  • ounces cream cheese softened
  • 0.8 cup orange juice 
  • teaspoons orange zest grated
  • tablespoons strawberry jam 
  • 15 servings sugar 
  • cups frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450F. Stir Bisquick mix, orange peel and orange juice until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 30 seconds.
  2. Place dough on surface sprinkled with Bisquick mix; roll in Bisquick mix to coat. Shape into a ball; knead 10 times.
  3. Roll 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Cut with 2 1/2-inch round cutter dipped in Bisquick mix.
  5. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Stir together cream cheese and preserves. Spoon about 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture onto center of each dough circle.
  7. Sprinkle with sugar.
  8. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.
