  • Tbsp butter 
  • 0.3 cup onions finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded kraft
  • 0.8 cup stove top stuffing mix for chicken in the canister
  • 0.5 cup zucchini shredded

Directions

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Heat ovenproof skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add meat; cook 6 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160F).
  4. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  5. Melt butter in same skillet on medium-high heat.
  6. Add zucchini and onions; cook and stir 2 min. or until crisp-tender.
  7. Transfer to large bowl; stir in stuffing mix and cheese.
  8. Add meat to skillet; top with stuffing mixture.
  9. Broil, 6 inches from heat source, 5 min. or until stuffing is lightly browned.
