  • tablespoons cornstarch 
  • cup breadcrumbs dry
  •  eggs 
  • pound ground beef 
  • 0.5 cup catsup 
  •  onion chopped
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • tablespoons soya sauce 
  • cup water

Directions
