  • teaspoons double-acting baking powder 
  • 0.5 cup butter 
  • large eggs 
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • ounce parmesan cheese shredded
  • teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • medium size onions sweet thinly sliced
  • cups whipping cream

Directions
