  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • tablespoons butter 
  •  egg whites 
  • 0.3 cup eggnog 
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • tablespoons butter melted
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cups sweet potatoes cooked mashed
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat one 2 quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine the mashed sweet potatoes, 1/3 cup brown sugar, eggnog, melted margarine, vanilla extract, salt and egg whites. Spoon mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  3. Combine the 1/2 cup brown sugar and flour.
  4. Cut in the chilled 2 tablespoons margarine until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle over the sweet potato mixture.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
