  • cups farfalle pasta uncooked
  • 14 ounces tomatoes diced undrained canned
  • cups tortilla chips crushed
  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • 16 ounces salsa 
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded
  • envelope taco seasoning

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  2. Add the cheese, salsa, tomatoes and taco seasoning.
  3. Drain pasta; stir into beef mixture.
  4. Transfer to a greased 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with tortilla chips.
  5. Bake 10 minutes longer or until heated through.
