- 3 cups farfalle pasta uncooked
- 14 ounces tomatoes diced undrained canned
- 2 cups tortilla chips crushed
- 0.3 cup onion chopped
- 16 ounces salsa
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 envelope taco seasoning

- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
- Add the cheese, salsa, tomatoes and taco seasoning.
- Drain pasta; stir into beef mixture.
- Transfer to a greased 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with tortilla chips.
- Bake 10 minutes longer or until heated through.
