  • tablespoon sesame oil dark
  •  green onions 
  • 12 ounce center-cut loin pork chops boneless cut into 1/4-inch strips ( 1/)
  • cup bell pepper red thinly sliced
  • 3.5 ounce mushroom caps sliced
  • ounces pasta like spaghetti uncooked
  • 0.3 cup teriyaki sauce low-sodium

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
  2. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid; keep warm.
  3. Remove green tops from green onions; thinly slice, and set aside. Mince white portions of green onions; set aside.
  4. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add minced green onions, bell pepper, pork, and mushrooms; saut 3 minutes or until pork is browned.
  6. Combine reserved 1/4 cup cooking liquid, teriyaki sauce, and chili garlic sauce in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
  7. Add pasta and teriyaki sauce mixture to pan; toss well to coat. Stir in sliced green onion tops.
