Ingredients

  • 15 oz butter beans drained canned
  • 15 oz garbanzo beans drained canned (garbanzo beans)
  • 19 oz beans red drained canned
  • 28 oz canned tomatoes diced organic undrained canned
  • tablespoons chili powder 
  • servings cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • teaspoons ground cumin 
  •  jalapeno seeded chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • tablespoons salsa 
  • 0.5 cup cream sour
  • 15 oz tomato sauce organic canned
  • small bell pepper red yellow cut into 1-inch pieces

Directions

  1. In 4-quart Dutch oven, mix all ingredients except sour cream, salsa and cilantro.
  2. Heat to boiling, breaking up tomatoes. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until bell peppers are tender.
  3. In small bowl, mix sour cream and salsa.
  4. Serve chili with sour cream mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with cilantro.
