  • 0.3 cup butter melted
  • 0.3 cup egg substitute 
  • cup flour all-purpose
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup toffee baking bits (such as Heath)
  • teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir with a whisk. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture; stir just until moist.
  5. Spread batter in an 8-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray.
  6. Sprinkle with toffee bits.
  7. Bake at 350 for 22 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
  8. Note: Store, covered, for up to 3 days.
