  • Tbsp grey poupon harvest coarse ground mustard 
  • tsp dill weed 
  •  green onions sliced
  • 0.3 cup mayo reduced fat mayonnaise light kraft
  • 14 oz spicy tofu soft drained
  • slices bread whole wheat toasted

Equipment

  • potato masher

Directions

  1. Place tofu in large bowl; mash with potato masher or fork.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except toast; mix well. Cover. Refrigerate at least 30 min.
  3. Spread 1/2 cup of the tofu mixture onto each of 4 of the toast slices just before serving; cover with 1 of the remaining toast slices.
