Ingredients

  • 13.8 oz pizza dough refrigerated canned
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • cup creamy pimiento cheese (from 6.5-oz container)
  • oz asiago cheese shredded
  • small tomatoes sliced
  • 0.5 medium onion red thinly sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • tablespoons basil fresh

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. Unroll dough on cookie sheet; brush with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil.
  2. Bake 8 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven.
  4. Spread cheese spread over partially baked crust.
  5. Sprinkle with Asiago cheese. Arrange tomatoes and onion over cheese.
