  • 0.5 cup olives black sliced
  • Tbsp grey poupon dijon mustard 
  • 55 servings bread french baguette-style toasted sliced
  • 0.5 cup green onions sliced
  • Tbsp olive oil 
  • cups tomatoes chopped
  • Tbsp heinz red wine vinegar

Directions

  1. Mix mustard, oil and vinegar with wire whisk until well blended. Toss tomatoes, onions and olives in large bowl.
  2. Add mustard mixture; mix lightly. Cover.
  3. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  4. Spoon 1 Tbsp. of the tomato mixture onto each toast slice.
  5. Serve immediately.
