Directions

  1. Preheat an oven to 325°F. Lightly butter an 8 x 8 square baking pan or 8 round baking pan.
  2. Place all the remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 to 40 minutes.
  4. Transfer the pan to a wire rack and let cool for about 15 minutes, then release the pan sides and slide the cake onto a serving plate.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
