  • cups broccoli 
  • 0.5 cup carrots sliced
  • ounces cheese tortellini 
  • clove garlic finely chopped
  • tablespoons spring onion sliced
  • 0.3 teaspoon paprika 
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons vegetable oil
