  • ounces chocolate coarsely chopped
  • 0.7 cup pecans chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup cocoa powder unsweetened (not Dutch processed)
  • teaspoon vanilla 
  • 0.5 cup pastry flour whole-wheat
