  • 0.3 cup butter 
  • 0.3 teaspoon mustard dry
  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • dashes hot sauce 
  • 0.5 cup italian-seasoned breadcrumbs 
  • servings salad greens mixed
  • 0.5 teaspoon old bay seasoning 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • 12 ounce tuna in spring water flaked drained canned
  • small onion diced sweet
  • slices bread white cubed
  • 0.5 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Stir together first 11 ingredients. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
  2. Melt half of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook 3 patties 4 minutes on each side or until golden. Repeat with remaining butter and patties.
  3. Serve over salad greens, and top with Mango-and-Bell Pepper Salsa.
