  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • teaspoon bottled garlic minced
  • 19 ounce cannellini beans rinsed drained canned
  • 14.5 ounce canned tomatoes diced undrained canned
  • tablespoon chili powder 
  • 14 ounce fat-skimmed beef broth fat-free canned
  • 0.5 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 1.3 pounds pd of ground turkey 
  •  lime wedges 
  • cup onion red
  • teaspoons oregano dried
  • 0.3 cup poblano pepper seeded chopped ( 1)
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons tomato paste

Directions

  1. Heat a large saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add first 4 ingredients; cook for 6 minutes or until turkey is done, stirring frequently to crumble. Stir in chili powder and next 8 ingredients (through broth); bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in cilantro.
  3. Serve with lime wedges.
