  • 56 ounce tomatoes whole peeled canned
  • 0.8 cup carrots grated
  • 1.5 teaspoons basil dried
  • cloves garlic minced
  • pounds pd of ground turkey 
  • tablespoons jalapeño peppers minced
  • cup milk 
  •  onions minced
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • pound pasta like spaghetti 
  • tablespoon tomato paste 
  • 1.5 cups white wine

Directions

  1. In large saucepan over medium heat, cook turkey, onion, garlic, carrot, basil and jalapeno until turkey is brown.
  2. Pour in milk, reduce heat to low, and simmer until reduced by one-third. Stir in wine and reduce again.
  3. Pour in tomatoes and tomato paste and simmer 3 hours more.
  4. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  5. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Toss with tomato sauce and top with Parmesan.
  6. Serve.
