  • 0.3 cup breadcrumbs 
  • tablespoon butter melted
  • 0.1 teaspoon thyme dried
  • cup elbow macaroni uncooked
  • cups skim milk fat-free
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon parsley fresh minced
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded divided reduced-fat
  • 0.3 cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cups turkey breast cubed cooked

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, saute the onion in butter.
