  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • cups celery chopped
  • cups cremini mushrooms sliced
  • teaspoon mustard dry
  • large eggs 
  • 0.5 teaspoon thyme leaves fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • cups bread french italian cut into 1-inch cubes ( 8 ounces)
  • cups milk 1% low-fat
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • cup onion chopped
  • ounces parmesan cheese fresh grated
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • ounces turkey breast shredded cooked

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add mushrooms, celery, onion, thyme, and garlic; cook 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in turkey, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Remove mixture from heat, and cool slightly.
  5. Combine milk, mustard, red pepper, and eggs in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Stir in mushroom mixture and bread; toss well. Spoon into an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
