  • 12 ounce barbeque sauce 
  • 0.5 cup bread crumbs soft
  • 0.3 teaspoon basil dried
  • 0.3 teaspoon thyme leaves dried
  •  eggs beaten
  • clove garlic minced
  •  bell pepper green chopped
  • 0.3 cup onion minced
  • tablespoons parmesan cheese 
  • 0.3 teaspoon parsley flakes 
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 ounce vegetarian burger crumbles

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a 5x9 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix 1/2 the barbeque sauce with the vegetarian burger crumbles, green bell pepper, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and egg. Season with thyme, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer to the loaf pan.
  4. Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
  5. Pour remaining barbeque sauce over the loaf, and continue baking 15 minutes, or until loaf is set.
