  • ounce bamboo skewers drained canned
  • cup bean sprouts 
  • cup celery chopped
  • tablespoon flour all-purpose
  • cup mushrooms fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic chopped
  • pound noodles dry chinese
  • tablespoon oyster sauce 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon soya sauce 
  • cup vegetable broth 
  • cup water 
  • teaspoon sugar white

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  2. Add Chinese noodles and cook about 2 to 4 minutes; drain.
  3. In a large skillet or wok over high heat with a small amount or oil, cook mushrooms, bamboo shoots, celery, bean sprouts and garlic.
  4. Mix in salt, broth, sugar, water, soy sauce and oyster sauce; stir.
  5. Add flour and cook until thickened.
  6. Pour over noodles and toss lightly.
