  • 10-inch flour tortilla ()
  • oz cream cheese softened (half of 8-oz package)
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • small leaves lettuce 
  • medium bell pepper red cut into thin strips
  • oz mushrooms fresh sliced
  • 0.5 medium cucumber cut lengthwise into thin strips
  • 0.3 cup spring onion chopped
  • 0.5 cup pepper jack cheese shredded

  1. Heat tortillas as directed on package. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix cream cheese, cumin and salt until blended.
  2. On each tortilla, spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture.
