Ingredients

  • 28 ounce artichoke hearts drained chopped canned
  • 10 servings belgian endive 
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs fresh soft crustless ()
  • tablespoons flat-leaf parsley fresh chopped
  • 10 ounce pkt spinach frozen cooked chopped
  • tablespoons green onions chopped (white and pale green parts only)
  • tablespoons hot sauce 
  • cup mayonnaise 
  • teaspoons mustard prepared
  • tablespoons olive oil extra-virgin
  • medium onion diced
  • cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 10 servings pepper freshly ground to taste
  • 10 servings sea salt to taste
  • tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Butter a 1-quart ovenproof dish, and set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add onion, and saut 3 to 4 minutes or until soft and translucent.
  5. Combine onion, artichoke, and next 9 ingredients in a large bowl, add sea salt and pepper, and stir to combine thoroughly.
  6. Transfer to prepared dish, and bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through and bubbling around edges.
  7. Serve warm with Belgian endive, crostini, or crackers.
