  • 16 oz creamy pimiento cheese 
  • oz parmesan shredded
  • cup mayonnaise 
  • tablespoon dijon mustard 
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red (cayenne)
  • lb lump crab meat fresh
  • serving chives fresh chopped
  • serving pita chips

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate or shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In medium bowl, mix cream cheese spread, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and red pepper. Fold in crabmeat.
  3. Spread mixture in pie plate.
  4. Bake 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
