  • cup club soda 
  •  eggs 
  • pkg jell-o pistachio flavor pudding instant (4-serving size)
  • 0.5 cup oil 
  • Tbsp powdered sugar 
  • 0.5 cup planters walnuts chopped
  • pkg duncan hines classic decadent cake mix yellow (2-layer size)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place cake mix, dry pudding mix, soda, oil and eggs in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on low speed just until moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping side of bowl occasionally. Gently stir in walnuts.
  3. Pour batter into greased and floured fluted tube pan or 10-inch tube pan.
  4. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
  5. Remove cake from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
