  • 1.5 cups flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 cup flour whole wheat
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • tablespoon double-acting baking powder 
  • 0.5 teaspoon cream of tartar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup shortening 
  •  eggs 
  • 0.5 cup milk 
  • tablespoon butter melted
