  •  jalapeno thinly sliced
  • 0.3 cup juice of lime fresh
  • cups chicken broth 
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 0.8 cup orzo pasta (rice-shaped
  • 0.8 pound chicken breast boneless skinless cut into matchstick-size strips
  • large tomatoes seeded chopped
  • medium onion white thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Cook orzo in pot of boiling salted water until just tender.
  2. Drain well.
