  • tablespoon butter 
  •  eggs beaten
  • 10 servings flour all-purpose for coating
  • 0.8 pound ground beef 
  • teaspoons soy sauce light
  • 0.5 cup cooking oil for frying
  •  onion chopped
  • 10 servings panko bread crumbs 
  • medium baking potatoes peeled chopped
  • tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Add potatoes to a large pot of salted water, and bring to a boil; cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. Drain, pour potatoes into a large bowl. Stir in butter, and mash with a fork or potato masher. Set aside.
