  • cup baking mix 
  • cup baking mix 
  • teaspoon parsley dried
  •  eggs 
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • 0.3 cup onion grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt 
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil 
  •  zucchini thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine baking mix, cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt, oregano, salt, pepper and parsley. Stir in onion, eggs and oil; stir well. Stir in zucchini.
  3. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.
