Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • cloves garlic minced
  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • pinch pepper red crushed
  • pound rotini pasta 
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • small zucchini sliced

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  2. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente.
  3. Drain and reserve.
  4. Fill a medium sauce pan with lightly salted water.
  5. Add zucchini and bring to a boil; boil for 10 minutes or until tender.
