  •  avocado very ripe
  • slices bread soft toasted
  • head boston lettuce separated
  • leaves basil fresh
  • 0.5  juice of lemon 
  • tablespoons mayonnaise 
  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • servings pepper black freshly ground to taste
  • slices bacon thick-cut crisp cooked
  •  tomatoes sliced (preferably heirloom)
