  • 0.3 cup sugar 
  • 0.3 cup rum light
  • tablespoon plus light
  • 0.3 cup lemon curd 
  • 1.9 oz athens phyllo shells frozen mini thawed (15 shells)
  • 0.3 cup non-dairy whipped topping frozen thawed

Directions

  1. In 2-quart saucepan, heat cranberries, sugar, rum and corn syrup to boiling. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until most of liquid is evaporated.
  2. Remove from heat.

  4. Serve immediately.
