  • tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 0.3 cup parmesan shaved
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt divided
  • pound chicken breast halves boneless skinless

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
  2. Drain and keep warm.
  3. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
  4. Place chicken breast halves in a shallow dish.

  14. Place about 1 1/2 cups chicken mixture on each of 4 plates; top each serving with 1 tablespoon cheese.
