  • 10 oz alfredo sauce light refrigerated
  • cup peas frozen english thawed
  • tablespoons butter 
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth 
  • cups roasted chicken cooked chopped
  • 10.8 oz cream of mushroom soup reduced-fat canned
  • oz mushrooms fresh sliced
  • 0.3 cup plum brandy 
  • oz parmesan shredded
  • ounces pancetta finely chopped
  • oz vermicelli

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add mushrooms and prosciutto, and saut 5 minutes.
  3. Stir together mushroom mixture, chicken, next 5 ingredients, and 1/2 cup cheese; stir in pasta. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
