Ingredients

  • pounds beef chuck boneless
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • tablespoons canola oil 
  • cups water divided
  • cup flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  •  eggs 
  • tablespoons milk 
  • 14 ounces beef broth canned
  • serving bell pepper to taste
