  • cups elbow macaroni cooked uncooked
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • 2.7 cups milk 1% low-fat
  • 0.3 cup onion crushed ( 12 pieces)
  • ounces parmesan fresh grated
  • ounces processed cheese food light (such as Velveeta )
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon stick margarine softened
  • ounces swiss cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 37
  2. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife.

  4. Add cheeses; cook 3 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring frequently.
