  • 0.5 cup butter cut into cubes
  • cups chicken broth 
  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • oz gouda cheese smoked shredded
  • 1.3 cups grits uncooked
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • cups milk 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 10 oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded

Directions
