  •  .6 lb. chicken legs and thighs. this weight usually gives me 4 legs and 4 thighs 
  • tablespoon dijon mustard coarse-grain
  • tablespoons dijon mustard 
  •  eggs 
  • tablespoons thyme sprigs fresh minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper red hot finely
  • servings salt 
  • tablespoons butter unsalted

Directions
