  • 0.5 cup apple cider sweet
  • Dash ground pepper 
  • 0.3 teaspoon chili powder 
  • teaspoon flour 
  •  garlic clove peeled
  •  ginger fresh minced
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • strips lemon zest 
  • teaspoons olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • strips orange zest 
  • teaspoon sesame seed toasted
  •  chicken legs skinless
  • Dash thyme leaves dried

Directions

  1. Mix together the salt, chili powder, ground cumin, dried thyme, cayenne pepper, and flour in a bowl. Coat the chicken legs in this mixture.
