Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup breadcrumbs dry
  •  egg whites lightly beaten
  • 1.5 tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.5 pound ground pork lean
  • 0.5 pound ground round 
  • teaspoon mustard prepared
  • 0.5 cup cream sour
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • cup wine sweet
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

  • slotted spoon

Directions

  1. Combine the first 8 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Shape mixture into 24 (1-inch) meatballs.
  2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot.
  3. Add meatballs; cook 10 minutes or until browned, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  5. Add garlic to skillet; saut 30 seconds.
  6. Add wine; bring to a boil over medium heat, and cook 1 minute. Return the meatballs to skillet; cover and cook 5 minutes or until done.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Remove meatballs from the skillet with a slotted spoon; set aside, and keep warm.
  9. Add sour cream (at room temperature) and pepper to wine mixture in skillet; stir well. Spoon sauce over meatballs.
