Green Monster Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 8 drops food coloring green
• 72  gourmet jelly beans 
• 1 piece string licorice black (4 feet)
• 2 cups cool whip whipped topping thawed
• 1 pkg duncan hines classic decadent cake mix yellow (2-layer size)

Equipment

• ziploc bags

Directions

1. Prepare cake mix as directed on package for cupcakes; cool completely.
2. Stir green food coloring into whipped topping. Spoon into large resealable plastic bag.
3. Cut a small zigzag hole in one bottom corner of the bag.
4. Squeeze long lines of whipped topping on tops of the cupcakes. Use 1-inch pieces of licorice for each antenna, and jelly beans for eyes and mouth.
